Juxtaposing movie posters for Western films with Black stars and the work of contemporary African American artists, this exhibition will shed new light on the important role Blacks played in developing the West. Participating artists may include: Bernard Williams, Ivan Stewart, Ed Dwight, Burl Washington, Ezra Tucker, Ed Hamilton, Eddie Dixon, Bobb Vann, Michael Godfrey and others.

I-75 Exit 288, go west 2.3 miles to downtown Cartersville. Turn right at Booth sign onto Gilmer Street. Museum is in the third block on the left, parking is on the right.
