Each Wednesday, the guided walk departs the Senior Aquatic Center parking area at 8 a.m. This 2.6 mile walk on paved path is rated easy and takes approximately one hour to complete. Guided by City of Cartersville Parks & Recreation Department.

Directions
I-75 Exit 288, GA 113 south (heading due West) through downtown Cartersville approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto Douthit Ferry Rd, (see McDonald's on left) go through traffic light and continue through 4-way stop passing Cartersville Middle School on right. Park is just ahead on the right, near Etowah Indian Mounds.
